By accessing and using the Atko Bros Landscaping website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. What This Website Is For
This website describes the landscaping, lawn care, firewood delivery, and related services offered by Atko Bros Landscaping, and lets you request a consultation or order firewood for delivery.
For landscaping and other services, this website is informational. It does not constitute an offer or contract for services. All service agreements, pricing, and scheduling for those services are confirmed directly between Atko Bros Landscaping and the customer.
3. Firewood Orders
Firewood and firewood racks can be ordered through this website. When you place an order:
- Your order is a request until we confirm it. After you place an order we review it and email you to confirm the delivery day. The order is accepted when we send that confirmation.
- Delivery day. The day you choose, or "as soon as possible," is a request. Each type of wood is delivered on set days of the week, and we may need to offer a different day. We set the time of day when we confirm.
- Delivery area and fee. We deliver within a set distance of our yard. The delivery fee is based on that distance and is shown before you place your order. If we cannot work out the distance to your address automatically, we will confirm the delivery fee with you along with your delivery day.
- Prices. You pay the prices shown when you placed your order, plus the delivery fee. Prices on the website may change for later orders.
- Payment. Nothing is paid on this website. Payment is due when we deliver, in cash or by Venmo.
- Availability. Products can sell out. If something you ordered is not available, we will contact you before delivery.
- Measurements. Firewood is a natural product sold by stacked measure. Sizes given are approximate.
- Changes and cancellations. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as you can before the delivery day.
- Delivery access. Please tell us about anything that affects delivery, such as gate codes, pets, or where the wood should go.
4. Accuracy of Information
We strive to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, Atko Bros Landscaping makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any content on this site. Services, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Pricing shown for landscaping services, where given, is for general reference only and may vary based on individual project scope and location.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photographs, logos, and graphics — is the property of Atko Bros Landscaping or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Submitting a contact or consultation request through this website does not create a binding service agreement. All requests will be reviewed, and a representative will follow up to discuss your project. Response times may vary.
